Step 1

60-min deep-dive into your white paper goals and messages

We’ll kick off with a 60-minute fact-finding call. I’ll interview you about the purpose of your white paper and how it fits in your overall marketing strategy. If you can, bring a sales rep or subject matter expert to talk through your audience and product. Afterwards, I’ll send you a timeline with check-in points, so you know when to book the band for your white paper launch party.


Step 2

Research phase

Next, I'll plan and carry out the research. This might include secondary research to capture any current news trends or research publications, or interviews with technical experts, clients, or your founder team. I’ll send you an outline to sign off so you can see how we’ll synthesise the data to build a persuasive argument.


Step 3

Drafting and editing

I'll draft the copy and check in regularly so you know we're on track. Expect a clear structure and compelling writing that makes technical topics engaging and memorable. Revisions will be completed within an agreed timeframe (rather than forcing you to check everything in one round) because we want to get this right. But since we'll be in touch throughout, there shouldn't be any surprises.


Step 4

Prepping to publish

I'll work with your designer (or I can recommend an excellent design team) to create a visually engaging, publication-ready version of the white paper.
